Very disappointing

What a letdown! Cox promised fast WiFi, but I barely get half the speed I paid for, and they just blame everything on my equipment. Avoid at all costs!

Decent when it works

Internet speed is good when it’s up, but it goes down too often. Support is okay, they helped me once but the second time they were slow to respond.

Not happy at all

Horrible experience! Took forever to install the new service and I’m still dealing with connection problems. Definitely not worth the price.

Frustrating experience
