Not great service

Had issues with my cable box from day one, had to call support several times. Still not fixed, and I'm stuck paying for a service that's not working. Really disappointing.

Not what I expected

Frustrating experience

Bigger disappointment than expected

I signed up for the Gig speed package, but I rarely get those speeds. Customer support wasn’t helpful when I called. Very dissatisfied.
