Terrible service!
I switched to Cox hoping for better internet, but it has been a nightmare. The speed is so slow, and I've had constant outages. When I called support, they were rude and unhelpful. I'm so frustrated!

Very disappointing
What a letdown! Cox promised fast WiFi, but I barely get half the speed I paid for, and they just blame everything on my equipment. Avoid at all costs!

Not happy at all
Horrible experience! Took forever to install the new service and I’m still dealing with connection problems. Definitely not worth the price.

Absolutely disappointed
Cox has been a nightmare. My internet went out for a week, and their customer service was useless. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. Never again.
