Mostly Good

The actual consultation with the doctor was great; she listened and provided detailed answers. However, getting an appointment took ages. I also had some issues with the pharmacy, as they took too long to fill my prescription.

Decent Experience

Very Disappointing Experience

I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, and once I got in, the doctor didn't seem to listen. The staff was unhelpful when I asked about my medication. I expected way more from a place like Cleveland Clinic.

Good Overall Service

Good care but room for improvement

I went in for a knee injury and got a decent diagnosis. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, and the treatment plan was clear. However, some paperwork issues delayed my visit.

Good, But Not Great

Had my surgery done here, and while the doctors were fantastic, the pre-op process was confusing. I felt like I was handed off from one person to another without clear instructions. Post-op care was okay, but I wished someone had checked in on me more often.

Mixed Feelings

Visited for a routine check-up and while the doctor was knowledgeable, my appointment felt rushed. I didn’t have enough time to discuss my concerns. I also had issues with the payment system, it seemed outdated and confusing.

Wouldn't Recommend

Had a surgery scheduled, and it was rescheduled at the last minute. The communication was poor and no one seemed to know why. I felt lost through the whole process.

Care with Room for Improvement

I went in for a check-up, and while the doctor was thorough, I was left waiting for close to an hour. The staff were apologetic, but it still felt like poor organization. Also, I had to deal with some paperwork mishaps that were frustrating. I hope they streamline their process because I do like the care I receive once I’m in.

Almost perfect
