The actual consultation with the doctor was great; she listened and provided detailed answers. However, getting an appointment took ages. I also had some issues with the pharmacy, as they took too long to fill my prescription.

Also, I had to deal with some paperwork mishaps that were frustrating. I hope they streamline their process because I do like the care I receive once I’m in.

The doctors at Cleveland Clinic really know what they’re doing. I had a heart check-up and felt well taken care of. Just wish the scheduling process was smoother, as it took a while to get my appointment.
