Not What I Hoped For

Too Many Waiting Issues

I had a follow-up appointment last week and waited more than 45 minutes. It felt like they overbooked patients. When I finally saw the doctor, the visit was quick, but I was frustrated by the wait. Not sure if I will return after this.

Could Be Better

I felt my experience was average at best. The doctors were nice, but it took too long for lab results, and I had to call multiple times for updates. The app they use isn’t very user-friendly either.

Service Needs Work

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. My appointment was abruptly canceled without proper notice, and the rescheduling process was a nightmare. When I eventually got an appointment, I waited more than 30 minutes before being seen. Overall, I felt very let down by their service.

Mixed feelings

I visited Cleveland Clinic for some tests. They were quick to get me in, which was nice. But I felt like the communication could’ve been better. I left with a lot of questions and not much clarity.

Quick but Lacking

Overall Good, Minor Issues

My surgery went smoothly, and I'm happy with the results. The nurses were fantastic and really attentive throughout the process. However, the pre-op instructions were a bit confusing, and I wish someone clarified a few things before the day.
