I had a surgery at Cleveland Clinic last month. The staff was mostly great, and the facilities were clean. The only downside was the wait time before my procedure. It was longer than expected, but the care I received was top-notch.

I went for a heart check-up and the staff was friendly, but I waited ages for my follow-up appointment. I called multiple times to check on my results. They really need to improve their follow-up system.

It was an average visit. Had to wait a bit longer than expected. The doctor was nice but didn’t seem fully invested in my issues.

The staff was friendly enough, but it took forever to get my test results. I get that they’re busy, but a little more communication would have been nice. Overall, it was just a decent experience.

My experience wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. The wait was longer than expected, and while the diagnosis was accurate, the in-depth discussion about treatment felt a bit rushed.

The facility is clean, and the nurses are super nice, but I think they need to work on scheduling. I showed up for my appointment, and they didn’t even have me in the system. After 15 minutes, they found my files. I just think it shouldn’t happen at such a big place.

I was referred to Cleveland Clinic for a knee surgery consultation. The doctor was knowledgeable, but the scheduling process was frustrating. I had to call multiple times to confirm my appointment and it still wasn't sorted. I hope they can streamline things a bit.

Had a consultation here. The doctor explained everything well, which I appreciated. Just a bit of a wait in the lobby, but the care was worth it.
