Decent but room for improvement

Terrible experience
Absolutely frustrated with my last order. I ordered a refrigerator and it arrived late, then it wasn’t the model I chose! Customer service was unhelpful and rude when I called. Never shopping here again; my time and money were wasted.

Mixed Feelings
I ordered a kitchen appliance that was supposed to arrive in two days. It showed up a week later, and the box was damaged. Customer support took ages to respond, but they eventually offered a refund. I appreciate that, but the hassle was frustrating.

Terrible experience

Mixed Experience
Ordered a phone and a pair of earbuds from Cdiscount, but it took longer than expected to arrive. The tracking was pretty unclear too, so I kept wondering where my order was. The product quality is decent, but I think they could improve their delivery process.

Service needs improvement
