Majorly disappointed
I ordered a gaming console for my son’s birthday, but it didn’t arrive on time. Customer service was so unhelpful; I felt like I was talking to a wall.

Terrible experience
I ordered a smartphone, but it arrived broken. Contacting support was useless; they just kept passing me around to different agents. I’m so frustrated that I wasted my money!
