I’ve shopped at Cdiscount a couple of times and it’s been alright, but they really need to fix their app. It freezes often, which is frustrating when you’re trying to check your order status. The prices are competitive, but the hassle detracts from the experience.

Cdiscount is okay for basic items. I had a couple of decent experiences but also faced delays. Not the best, but it works.

Delivery was okay, but the packaging looked like it had been through a war. At least the item itself was fine, but I expected better for what I paid.

I ordered a kitchen appliance that was supposed to arrive in two days. It showed up a week later, and the box was damaged. Customer support took ages to respond, but they eventually offered a refund. I appreciate that, but the hassle was frustrating.

I ordered a gaming chair that looked amazing online. It did arrive, but I had to wait nearly two weeks for it to ship. Plus, the tracking info wasn’t great. The chair itself is comfortable, so I guess that’s a plus. Might consider shopping here again but only if I’m not in a hurry.
