Decent but could be better
I’ve shopped at Cdiscount a couple of times and it’s been alright, but they really need to fix their app. It freezes often, which is frustrating when you’re trying to check your order status. The prices are competitive, but the hassle detracts from the experience.

Decent for Basics

Decent but room for improvement
Delivery was okay, but the packaging looked like it had been through a war. At least the item itself was fine, but I expected better for what I paid.

Mixed Feelings
I ordered a kitchen appliance that was supposed to arrive in two days. It showed up a week later, and the box was damaged. Customer support took ages to respond, but they eventually offered a refund. I appreciate that, but the hassle was frustrating.

Mixed Experience
Ordered a phone and a pair of earbuds from Cdiscount, but it took longer than expected to arrive. The tracking was pretty unclear too, so I kept wondering where my order was. The product quality is decent, but I think they could improve their delivery process.

Okay but disappointing

Okay Service
Had some hiccups with my latest order. The item was not in stock when I thought it would be. Customer service was helpful but a bit slow in responding. Overall, not terrible but could be better.

Products alright, delivery slow
I ordered a gaming chair that looked amazing online. It did arrive, but I had to wait nearly two weeks for it to ship. Plus, the tracking info wasn’t great. The chair itself is comfortable, so I guess that’s a plus. Might consider shopping here again but only if I’m not in a hurry.
