Not confident in their service

Terrible experience
Absolutely frustrated with my last order. I ordered a refrigerator and it arrived late, then it wasn’t the model I chose! Customer service was unhelpful and rude when I called. Never shopping here again; my time and money were wasted.

Service needs improvement
I faced issues with my order. The item I received was damaged, and returning it through their process was quite a headache. It took forever to get a return label, and the whole experience was frustrating. Probably won't order again soon.
