Frustrating Experience
I was really hoping to find some good deals on Carousell but ended up really disappointed. The seller I contacted took forever to reply, and when they finally did, the item was already sold. Not worth my time.

Too Many Scammers

Not Impressed
I sold my old phone, but the buyer backed out last minute. It’s frustrating when you think you have a sale, then nothing happens. The app could use more seller protections.

Mixed feelings
I found some cool items on Carousell, but the chat feature is kinda glitchy. A couple of sellers didn’t respond in a timely manner, which was frustrating. It's good for deals but the communication needs improvement.

Lost Money Here
Paid for a bicycle that never showed up. The seller hasn’t responded either. This is a scam. I’m really upset and I wish I had read the reviews before using the app.

Disappointing platform

Not bad, but room for improvement
Bought a few things and got some good deals. But the search functionality is hit or miss sometimes. I'd say it's worth a try if you’re looking for second-hand items.

Disappointing Seller Experience

It's Okay
Carousell works, but not without its issues. Sometimes slow responses and the layout isn't user-friendly. I like some features, but it feels outdated.
