Could Be Better
I like the concept, but sometimes the app glitches when trying to chat with sellers. It's annoying when you’re trying to finalize a deal. Overall, not bad but could improve a lot.

Good Overall Experience
I used Carousell to sell some old furniture. The listing process was pretty smooth, and I got a decent price. I appreciated that their app is user-friendly. Just wish they had better communication features.
