I tried selling my old phone, but the whole process was a headache. I submitted my listing, but it took forever to get approved. When it finally did, I had to deal with constant lowball offers and a lot of time-wasters. I expected more from Carousell. Not worth the trouble.

I’ve bought a few things here, but I’m always worried about scams. I wish Carousell had a better verification process for buyers and sellers. I've seen multiple people complain about fake products.

I made a couple of good purchases and got decent products, but the second time, the switch didn’t work. It was hard to get a refund because support took ages to respond.

Thought Carousell would have a wider range of items but was quite limited in my area. The layout is also a bit clunky. I might try it again, but I wasn't really impressed.
