Hmmm...
I've used better marketplaces for sure. Carousell has cool stuff, but I often get frustrated trying to chat with sellers. Just feels off sometimes.

Terrible Experience
I bought an item that never arrived! The tracking never updated, and the seller just stopped responding. I've lost my money and Carousell won’t help. Definitely won't use this again.

Okay but Needs Improvement
I've found some good bargains, but transaction process is kinda sketchy. Some sellers don't communicate well. Overall, it's okay, just not great.

Disappointing Experience
I tried selling my old camera on Carousell, but it was a hassle. My listing kept getting flagged for no reason. Support was slow to respond, and I felt like I wasted my time.

Very Disappointed

Decent Marketplace

Very Frustrated
I tried to buy a bike, but the seller kept delaying shipping. I had to open a dispute after weeks. Support took ages to respond and totally ignored my concerns. I'm done with this app.
