Good for basics, but lacking variety
I appreciate their customer service, but the toy selection seemed limited. I was hoping to find more brand options for my toddler.

Meh, it’s okay
The selection is alright but prices are a bit high for some items. Shipping took longer than expected. I guess I was hoping for something that would wow me, but I'm not sure I'll rush back.

Very satisfied, but shipping issues
I ordered a high chair and it took longer than estimated to arrive. The product itself is excellent, but I wish they had better shipping times. Still, the customer service was helpful when I reached out.

Pretty good overall
I love the variety of baby products they have. I bought a high chair and a playmat, both were delivered timely and in perfect condition. Only downside was that I had to return a toy because it was defective, and the return process was a little confusing.

Good store but staff could improve

Not great service
I had a pretty disappointing experience with buybuy BABY. I ordered a crib that was supposed to arrive in two weeks, but it took over a month. Customer service wasn’t very helpful either; they just kept telling me to be patient.

Good store with some issues
I placed a big order for my baby shower gifts, which included clothes and toys. Overall, I was happy with the items, but I had one item missing from the package. I contacted customer service and they were able to send it out quickly, which was great. Just wish I didn’t have to deal with the missing item in the first place.
