Satisfactory but not excellent

Mixed feelings about my experience
I ordered a crib from buybuy BABY, delivery was delayed by a week. When it finally arrived, there were some scratches on it. Their customer service was decent but the hassle was annoying.

Disappointed with delivery and support
I had big hopes for buybuy BABY. I ordered a baby carrier and it arrived late. They didn’t respond promptly to my inquiries which made the experience frustrating.

Mixed feelings about buybuy BABY
Ordered a stroller and a car seat bundle. The stroller was nice, but the car seat arrived with a scratch. The support team took a while to respond, but they did offer a discount for the scratch. It wasn't the best experience, but I’ll probably still shop here again for baby stuff.

Meh, it’s okay
The selection is alright but prices are a bit high for some items. Shipping took longer than expected. I guess I was hoping for something that would wow me, but I'm not sure I'll rush back.

Good store with some issues
I placed a big order for my baby shower gifts, which included clothes and toys. Overall, I was happy with the items, but I had one item missing from the package. I contacted customer service and they were able to send it out quickly, which was great. Just wish I didn’t have to deal with the missing item in the first place.
