Disappointed
I’m really frustrated with my latest order. Items were missing when it arrived and customer service wasn’t very responsive. Not great for online shopping.

Not great service
I had a pretty disappointing experience with buybuy BABY. I ordered a crib that was supposed to arrive in two weeks, but it took over a month. Customer service wasn’t very helpful either; they just kept telling me to be patient.
