Good, but some hiccups
Had a decent experience overall. I ordered a crib that arrived a bit late, but they were nice about it when I called. Just wish they had better tracking options.

Decent store with variety
I like the variety at buybuy BABY, a good selection for different budgets. Found some cute clothes for my little one. Just wish they'd have more sales throughout the year!

Pretty good
I like the store, lots of baby products. But sometimes the prices can be a bit high compared to other stores. Still, they have some exclusive items.

Good but could improve on delivery
I ordered some nursery furniture and it took longer to arrive than I expected. The quality is great though, just hope they can speed up the delivery time.

Decent products, not perfect

Very satisfied, but shipping issues
I ordered a high chair and it took longer than estimated to arrive. The product itself is excellent, but I wish they had better shipping times. Still, the customer service was helpful when I reached out.

Pretty good overall
I love the variety of baby products they have. I bought a high chair and a playmat, both were delivered timely and in perfect condition. Only downside was that I had to return a toy because it was defective, and the return process was a little confusing.

Really nice place!
The range of baby gear is impressive! I found a cute crib and a playpen that I absolutely love. I'm definitely coming back.
