Mixed feelings
There were some good things like the friendly staff but also a lot of negatives. The noise from the street kept me up all night. Average hotel experience.

Not happy at all
The room smelled musty and the AC was weak. I asked for a different room, but they said no. Totally ruined my trip, honestly.

Completely awful!
Arrived to find my reservation lost. Had to wait over an hour for a room that was not what I booked.

Not what I expected
I had high hopes for my stay but was let down. The bathroom was dirty, and I found hair on the towels. Really disappointing for the price I paid.

Not impressed

Terrible service
I booked my stay because of the advertised amenities, but the pool was closed and no one informed us beforehand. Very disappointing!

Very disappointing experience

Pretty Good Experience
I had a nice stay here. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The location was good too, close to restaurants and shops.

Not worth the money
The amenities were lackluster and the breakfast options were limited. Plus, the Wi-Fi barely worked. Wouldn't recommend.

Decent but not great
I stayed at Best Western for a business trip. The room was okay, but it could use some updating. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was frustrating during my work calls.

Health issues after stay
I ended up with a rash after using their towels. I notified management, but I didn’t feel like they cared. Very alarming!

Decent stay, but not great

A letdown
