Not super impressed
The room service took forever and my food was cold when it arrived. Not what I expected from Best Western.

Mixed feelings overall
The location was great, but the staff seemed distracted and not very helpful. I had to ask multiple times for my room to be cleaned.

Very disappointed
I had a really bad experience at Best Western. The room was dirty and the staff weren't helpful at all. I expected better for the price I paid.

Decent stay but could improve
Had a comfortable night, but the check-in process was slow and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my room. Could have been better.

Awful experience
I'm really upset with my stay. Check-in took forever and my room wasn't ready. Plus, there were loud noises all night. I won't be coming back.
