Disappointing overall
Had a bad experience. The AC was broken and it took hours for someone to come fix it. Felt like they didn’t care about guest comfort at all.

The room was dirty and the bathroom had mold. I complained to the front desk, but nothing was done. I’m never staying at Best Western again.

I was charged twice for my stay and it took days to get in touch with customer service. They finally refunded one charge, but I've lost confidence in their billing.

Checked in late only to find my reservation wasn’t honored. They had no rooms available and offered to send me to a different hotel. This was not the service I expected!

I ended up with a rash after using their towels. I notified management, but I didn’t feel like they cared. Very alarming!

I'm really upset with my stay. Check-in took forever and my room wasn't ready. Plus, there were loud noises all night. I won't be coming back.
