Happy with my flight
Flew to Tokyo with ANA and had a pretty smooth experience. The cabin crew were really nice, and I liked the entertainment options. Would fly again for sure!

Solid experience overall
I had a good flight with ANA recently. The seats were comfortable, and the food was surprisingly good. Just wish that boarding was a bit more organized.

Solid airline overall
I’ve generally had good experiences with ANA. The planes are clean and comfortable, and I love the in-flight entertainment. Just had one flight that was confusing with the boarding process.

Really good overall
I was pleasantly surprised! Great customer service, the food was nice, and the plane was clean. I would definitely consider flying with them again.

Good service, but some hiccups
Flown with ANA a few times, mostly happy with them. The food was decent, and staff were polite, but my last flight was delayed. They handled it well though, so I can't complain too much.
