Happy with my flight
Flew to Tokyo with ANA and had a pretty smooth experience. The cabin crew were really nice, and I liked the entertainment options. Would fly again for sure!

My experience with ANA was just terrible. My luggage was lost for 3 days during a domestic flight, and the customer service was unhelpful. Will definitely think twice before flying with them again!

Really good overall
I was pleasantly surprised! Great customer service, the food was nice, and the plane was clean. I would definitely consider flying with them again.
