The flight itself was fine, but the check-in process was a pain. Long lines and not enough staff around. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but not the best either.

I've flown with ANA a few times. The service is usually pretty decent, but my last flight was delayed for over two hours and no one gave us a clear update. Just felt a bit chaotic.
