Definitely not what I expected
The flight attendants were nice, but the food was pretty bad. Plus, our flight got delayed twice. I had high hopes, but this was a letdown.

Not worth the hype
Honestly, I was expecting a lot, but it fell flat. Flight was delayed, communication was poor, and the food wasn't as great as I'd heard. Just mediocre.

Not impressed at all
The boarding process was chaotic and took forever. Once onboard, I found the cabin dirty and the overall service lacking. Very disappointing.

The flight was fine, nothing special really. Seats were alright, but the legroom was tight. They did have a decent selection of movies.

Disappointing service

Frustrating experience
I was really looking forward to flying with ANA, but my seat was broken and I couldn’t change it. Long customer service wait, and felt let down overall.

Not impressed
The last time I traveled with ANA, my luggage was lost for two days. It took forever to reach someone in customer service for updates. Just really disappointing.
