Quite useful for teams

I've been using Amplitude for about six months now, and overall, it’s been pretty solid. The event tracking capabilities are straightforward, and I love the cohort analysis features which really help with targeting. My team appreciates the level of detail we can get, but I wish the customer support was quicker to respond. A few times we faced issues with integrations, and it took too long to get answers. But when it works, it works great!

Frustrating Experience

The onboarding process was a complete mess. I faced numerous bugs that made it really hard to set up the software. Even reaching out to support took ages, and they weren’t very helpful.

Absolutely love it!

Amplitude changed the game for me. I can dive deep into user metrics without getting lost in data. Their support team is super responsive, which is a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone in need of analytics!
