Improving over time
I started using Amplitude recently and I'm somewhat impressed. The new features added are nice, but I still find some parts of the UI confusing. Let's see how they evolve.

The analytics you get are pretty interesting, but I wish the mobile app was more functional. It’s very basic compared to the website. Needs to step up its game.

Tried Amplitude for a project and regret it. The setup was confusing and I experienced a lot of bugs. Customer service wasn't helpful when I reached out. Not going to continue.

It's a decent tool, but honestly, I expected more. Some features are great, while others feel a bit lacking. Wouldn't say it's my favorite.

Amplitude is fantastic, no doubt about it. Just the cost is higher than I'd like. Still, if you're a serious company, it's worth the spend!

Amplitude is solid for most analytics, but I’ve run into some bugs that made it frustrating. Still, the insights I get out of it really help optimize my app.

So, I've had some good insights but also hit a few roadblocks with the interface. Sometimes it's too complex for quick analysis. Overall, not bad, though.

Great tool for tracking user engagement metrics! I love how visual the reports are. I've recommended it to colleagues, and they’re happy with it too. Keep it up!

Amplitude has some great insights into user engagement but the dashboard is a bit cluttered. I appreciate the deep dive analytics, but it can be tricky to find what I’m looking for. Overall, I think it’s worth the investment.

I like how easy it is to set up the tracking. The reports generated are insightful and help guide our decisions. Customer service did respond quickly when I had an issue, which is a big plus.

I’ve been using Amplitude for about 6 months now. The analytics tools are pretty solid, they really help me understand user behavior. Just wish they had better real-time data updates.

I find Amplitude useful, but it’s not perfect. Some features work great, but others feel underdeveloped. I’m still trying to figure out if it’s really worth the investment.

I appreciate the data visualization tools. They’ve really helped us understand our metrics better. However, their customer support could be faster, sometimes it takes ages to get a reply. I also faced issues with data exports, they could make that more straightforward.

I expected more from Amplitude honestly. We've faced some bugs in the dashboard reporting that made it frustrating at times. Hoping they'll improve this.
