Disappointing results

I had high hopes for Amplitude but ended up frustrated. The reporting features aren’t as intuitive as I’d hoped, and I had several issues with sluggish performance. Didn’t find it worth the cost for my needs.

Not as expected

I was expecting more for the price I paid. Some features are missing and customer support didn’t get back to me in a timely manner. Overall just not worth it for me.

Frustrating setup process

Disappointed with the service

Tried Amplitude for a project and regret it. The setup was confusing and I experienced a lot of bugs. Customer service wasn't helpful when I reached out. Not going to continue.

Frustrating Experience

The onboarding process was a complete mess. I faced numerous bugs that made it really hard to set up the software. Even reaching out to support took ages, and they weren’t very helpful.
