Not enough guided support

Not perfect, but close

Great tool but pricey

As a product manager, I’ve relied on Amplitude for reporting and insights. The analytics are powerful, and I can drill down into user behavior efficiently. However, we ran into some issues with the pricing model; it feels a bit steep as our user base grows. I also had a few questions regarding the data privacy policy, and it took a bit to get clarity on that from support. They really need to up their game there. Still, when it functions as it should, it’s very effective.

Interesting but lacks some basics

Quite useful for teams

I've been using Amplitude for about six months now, and overall, it’s been pretty solid. The event tracking capabilities are straightforward, and I love the cohort analysis features which really help with targeting. My team appreciates the level of detail we can get, but I wish the customer support was quicker to respond. A few times we faced issues with integrations, and it took too long to get answers. But when it works, it works great!
