I appreciate the dashboard and insights Amplitude offers. It’s flexible and user-friendly. Only downside is the learning curve can be steep at first.

As a product manager, I’ve relied on Amplitude for reporting and insights. The analytics are powerful, and I can drill down into user behavior efficiently. However, we ran into some issues with the pricing model; it feels a bit steep as our user base grows. I also had a few questions regarding the data privacy policy, and it took a bit to get clarity on that from support. They really need to up their game there. Still, when it functions as it should, it’s very effective.

The event tracking capabilities are straightforward, and I love the cohort analysis features which really help with targeting. My team appreciates the level of detail we can get, but I wish the customer support was quicker to respond. A few times we faced issues with integrations, and it took too long to get answers. But when it works, it works great!
