Awful customer service!
I had a big issue with my ticket at check-in and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I won’t be flying with them again. This was the worst experience I've had in years.

Not impressed

Very disappointing experience

Good service overall

Another let down

Best airline experience ever!

Frustrating experience
