It’s fine, but not amazing

The boarding process was a bit chaotic, but once on the plane, it was alright. I might consider flying with them again for short trips.

It's a mixed bag

AirPlus had its ups and downs. The flight was decent, but the seating was cramped. For the price, I guess I can't complain too much. I might give them another chance.

Mediocre flight experience

Could Improve Customer Support

I had a decent flight with AirPlus, but when I needed help, it was hard to reach anyone. Eventually got helped, but it shouldn’t be that way.

Mixed feelings about AirPlus

I had high expectations but the experience was just okay. The flight was delayed by an hour and the customer service could have been a lot better. Probably wouldn’t choose them again.
