Not Impressed
I wasn’t happy with the way my order was handled. They took ages to ship it and then sent the wrong item. Communication definitely needs improvement.

The site has decent items but the checkout process was a bit clunky. Found what I wanted but had to deal with some frustrating technical issues.

Honestly, I'm tired of having such bad luck with 1stDibs. Items don’t match their photos and returns are a hassle.

I’ve found some beautiful furniture items that were unique and high-quality. The process was generally good, but I did have one issue with delivery, which was a bit slow. Overall, looking forward to my next purchase.

I found some amazing pieces on the site, but the last order had a small scratch when it arrived. I contacted support and they were really helpful in addressing it, but it was definitely disappointing.
