Very Bad Experience

I found a beautiful art piece, but when it came, it was broken! I contacted support, and they only offered a discount for a future purchase instead of a refund. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care about the customer. This is not how you do business.

Extremely Disappointed

So Frustrated!

I ordered a sculpture, but it arrived damaged. Customer service was super unhelpful and I’m still waiting for a return label. Just a nightmare!

Not impressed

Very disappointed

I ordered a vintage chair, and when it arrived, it was completely not what was advertised. The condition was way worse and I couldn't get in touch with customer service. Never using it again.
