I’ve been browsing 1stDibs for a while, and while the variety of items is decent, I feel like the prices are often inflated. I found a vintage chair I loved, but it was way out of my budget. The search filters can be a bit finicky too, sometimes items just don’t show up when they should. Overall, it's okay, but it could use some tweaks.

I found a beautiful art piece, but when it came, it was broken! I contacted support, and they only offered a discount for a future purchase instead of a refund. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care about the customer. This is not how you do business.
