Not What I Expected

I bought a lamp that looked perfect in the pictures, but when it arrived, it was not the same color at all. The communication with the seller was also not great; they took ages to respond to my questions. Super frustrating experience.

Lackluster Service

Disappointed with service

Very Disappointed

I ordered a vintage chair, expecting it to arrive in great condition, but when it got here, it had noticeable scratches and a terrible smell. I reached out to customer service and they just gave me excuses instead of helping. They seriously need to improve their quality checks.

Almost Perfect

I recently bought a vintage table and loved it. The seller was quick to respond and the delivery was on time. My only issue was the communication in the beginning, it took longer than expected to get my initial questions answered. Still, I'd consider buying again.
