More problems than expected
Purchased a Xiaomi vacuum, it was fine for a couple of weeks, then it started losing suction. Support suggested I clean the filter. Really? 2 stars.

Regret my choice
Had high hopes for Xiaomi, but my experience has been blah. The phone feels cheap and the battery drains too fast. Won't buy again. 2 stars.

Very unhappy
Xiaomi's customer service is the worst. Bought a tablet that had issues, and getting help has been impossible. I won't be buying from them again.

Very unhappy
Got a Xiaomi smartwatch. Worst decision ever. It stopped working after a week and the support team didn't care much. Honestly, I'm frustrated. 1 star.

Third time's a charm?
So I got a pair of Xiaomi earbuds, and the sound was decent, but they kept disconnecting from my phone. I exchanged them for a second pair, but the same problem happened again. They sound good when they work, though.

Very frustrating experience
My Xiaomi TV stopped working just after a year. Customer service took ages to respond, and I still haven't received a replacement.

Solid value for money
Xiaomi offers great features for the price. Just got a new Mi Band and it works perfectly for tracking workouts. Only downside was the setup which took a bit of time.

Mixed feelings

Underwhelmed by my purchase

Great value for money!
Just got the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 and I'm super impressed! The camera quality is amazing for the price. Totally worth it. 5 stars from me!

Unreliable software
Had issues with the MIUI updates crashing. One moment it's working fine, the next my phone won’t start. This is frustrating given the price point.

Terrible experience with their phone
The Xiaomi phone I bought froze constantly. I contacted support and they just told me to reset it. Now I’m stuck with a useless device.

Not impressed

Great products, but service issues

Disappointed with quality

Poor quality control

Decent but not impressive
It's an okay phone, but I've experienced some lag while gaming. Battery life is decent, but I wish it charged faster. I expected more based on the hype.
