Decent tech but can improve
Used a Xiaomi laptop for work and while it's lightweight and portable, the keyboard feels a bit cheap. It's okay for basic tasks but not for heavy usage.

Not worth the hassle

Disappointed with the camera
I expected more from the camera quality. It claims to be 108MP, but the pictures are often blurry and dark. Not what I was hoping for in a flagship.

More problems than expected
Purchased a Xiaomi vacuum, it was fine for a couple of weeks, then it started losing suction. Support suggested I clean the filter. Really? 2 stars.

Regret my choice

Underwhelmed by my purchase
I had high hopes for my Xiaomi earbuds but they keep disconnecting. Battery life isn’t great either. Definitely expected better.

Unreliable software
Had issues with the MIUI updates crashing. One moment it's working fine, the next my phone won’t start. This is frustrating given the price point.

Not impressed
The wireless earbuds I ordered were cheap, but they kept disconnecting. Thought I'd get better quality from Xiaomi. 2 stars for the low price.

Disappointed with quality

Poor quality control
I ordered a Xiaomi TV and it arrived with a dead pixel. Tried to get a replacement but the process was so tedious that I almost gave up.
