Terribly disappointed
I bought the Xiaomi Mi Band 6, and it stopped charging after just three weeks. Tried to reach out for support but got no response. Not happy at all!

I bought a Xiaomi vacuum cleaner, and it broke down after only a month. The suction power was okay at first, but it quickly lost effectiveness. Trying to get support was a nightmare, no one replied to my emails.

Xiaomi's customer service is the worst. Bought a tablet that had issues, and getting help has been impossible. I won't be buying from them again.

Got a Xiaomi smartwatch. Worst decision ever. It stopped working after a week and the support team didn't care much. Honestly, I'm frustrated. 1 star.

So I got a pair of Xiaomi earbuds, and the sound was decent, but they kept disconnecting from my phone. I exchanged them for a second pair, but the same problem happened again. They sound good when they work, though.
