Decent but could be better
I had a decent experience with my last order. While the chair I bought was lovely, it had a scratch on it when it arrived. They offered a discount, which was good, but I expected better packaging.

Good Value, Minor Issues
I ordered some bookshelves. They look good and are sturdy, but one shelf had a scratch. Customer service sorted it out quickly, so I'm satisfied.

Almost perfect
