Not as great as I hoped

Mixed feelings about my order
I ordered a coffee table that took longer to arrive than I expected. When it finally got here, it was nice, but some assembly was required and a few screws were missing. Customer service was okay but not super helpful.

Decent but could be better
I had a decent experience with my last order. While the chair I bought was lovely, it had a scratch on it when it arrived. They offered a discount, which was good, but I expected better packaging.
