Okay, But Lacking

Decent ride overall

Mixed Feelings
I love the way my Golf drives, but I had issues with the infotainment system. Took it in twice and still not fixed. It's frustrating, but I do like the car overall.

Good Experience
Overall, I’m satisfied with my Atlas. Lots of space and drives nice. Had some trouble syncing my phone, but they helped me out quick. A solid family car!

Disappointed with Service
I bought a VW Tiguan last year and the experience was just okay. The dealership was really slow in getting back to me about my paperwork. Not what I expected from a brand like this. Definitely not great.

Not what I expected
When I bought my Golf, I was so excited! But honestly, I didn’t think the interior would feel so cheap. It’s fun to drive, but the materials don’t feel premium at all.

I was let down
My experience with Volkswagen was not great. The car has some nice features but the infotainment system is so slow and buggy. Seriously frustrating when driving.

Mixed feelings about my Jetta
I’ve owned my Jetta for over a year now and I feel kinda torn. It drives great, fuel efficiency is solid, but I've had a couple of weird electrical glitches. The dealer said it's fine, so I guess I’ll have to wait and see.

Not what I expected
I was really excited to get my new Polo, but it hasn't met my expectations. The build quality feels a bit off and I've had a couple of minor issues already. It's not terrible, but definitely not what I hoped for.
