Could Be Better

Honestly, I expected better from Volkswagen. My car had paint issues almost right after purchase. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a hassle. Not what I envisioned.

Disappointed with service

I took my Tiguan in for a recall fix and it took forever. They said it would take a day, but I ended up waiting two. I expected better from a brand like Volkswagen.

Not what I expected from VW

I was really looking forward to getting my new vehicle, but it has not been smooth sailing. The quality just doesn’t feel premium, and I’ve had my share of issues already.

Could be better

I was excited to get my new Tiguan but the experience has been frustrating. The infotainment system is glitchy and often disconnects my phone. Really expected more from a brand like this.

Not the best quality

I wanted to love my Atlas, but it’s given me some issues already. The brakes started squeaking within a few months, and I’ve read it’s a known issue. Really, VW?

Disappointed with my purchase

I bought a VW Golf about a year ago and honestly, I regret it. The fuel efficiency isn’t what they promised and I’ve already had to take it in for repairs. Not impressed.

Not worth the hype

Just bought a Jetta and within a month, the check engine light came on. Turns out it was a faulty sensor. Customer service took forever to help. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Disappointed with Service

I bought a VW Tiguan last year and the experience was just okay. The dealership was really slow in getting back to me about my paperwork. Not what I expected from a brand like this. Definitely not great.

I was let down

My experience with Volkswagen was not great. The car has some nice features but the infotainment system is so slow and buggy. Seriously frustrating when driving.
