Could Be Better
Honestly, I expected better from Volkswagen. My car had paint issues almost right after purchase. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a hassle. Not what I envisioned.

Disappointed with service
I took my Tiguan in for a recall fix and it took forever. They said it would take a day, but I ended up waiting two. I expected better from a brand like Volkswagen.

So So Experience
Had high hopes after buying a new Passat, but the quality isn't what I hoped for. Some dashboard rattling and the fuel economy could be better. It's decent, but not blowing me away.

Satisfied with my purchase
Just got my first VW, a Tiguan, and I’m mostly happy with it. Spacious interior, smooth drive, and the tech is nice. Just had a few hiccups during the setup but nothing major.

Really enjoying my Tiguan!
I've had my Tiguan for about 6 months now and mostly I am happy with it. Great space inside, smooth ride, and decent tech features. Just a minor hiccup with the GPS but support was quick to help. I'd give it a solid 4 stars!

Satisfactory but lacks thrill
My experience with Volkswagen has been just satisfactory. The car runs fine but it lacks that fun factor. Sometimes I wish it had a bit more power. It’s fine for daily driving but not very exciting.

Not what I expected from VW

Good but could be better
The Volkswagen I own is pretty good overall. The performance is nice, but I’ve faced some comfort issues on long drives. The seats aren't as supportive as I'd like. Wouldn't say it's the worst, but not my favorite.

Could be better
I was excited to get my new Tiguan but the experience has been frustrating. The infotainment system is glitchy and often disconnects my phone. Really expected more from a brand like this.

Satisfactory experience overall
I’ve had my Atlas for a few months. It’s spacious and comfortable. Just had a few software updates that were annoying. But overall, I'd rate it as decent.

Not the best quality

Pretty Good Overall

Disappointed with my purchase

Mixed feelings about my Jetta
I have a Jetta, and honestly, I've had mixed experiences. The drive is smooth but the maintenance can be a pain. I've had to replace a few parts sooner than expected. Not sure if I'd recommend it to a friend.

Not worth the hype
Just bought a Jetta and within a month, the check engine light came on. Turns out it was a faulty sensor. Customer service took forever to help. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Decent Performance
