Overall happy, but some room for improvement
Most of my shipments with UPS have been smooth, but I did run into a delay last month. Customer service was helpful but it could have been faster. Still, I appreciate their effort.

Always dependable
UPS has always been my go-to for shipping. I can count on them for my deliveries, especially during the holidays. They know what they’re doing!
