Mixed Experience
My experience with UPS has been a bit of a rollercoaster. One shipment was delayed by a few days and the support didn’t help much. Other than that, most of my packages have arrived fine.

Decent service
Using UPS for personal packages and it's been okay. A few late deliveries here and there but nothing too major. Just average experience, to be honest.
