Happy overall
I’ve been with Trupanion for a couple of years and generally I’m satisfied. They paid for my dog's expensive procedure with no issues, so I’d say it’s worth it.

Good but with some hiccups
I’ve been using Trupanion for a couple of years now and overall, I’m happy with the coverage. The claims process can take a bit longer than I’d like, but my vet says they’re pretty reliable. Just a few issues with communication when I needed to clarify some details.
