Frustrating experience
I’m beyond upset with Trupanion. They denied a claim for my dog's emergency visit, saying it was a pre-existing condition. We had just signed up! Super frustrating and feel like I wasted my money.

Very Frustrated
Zero stars if I could! After my dog’s surgery, they took forever to approve payments. I feel like I’m fighting with them rather than getting help. Totally regretting my decision.

I regret choosing Trupanion. Their policies are a lot of fine print that’s hard to navigate. It makes everything feel like a hassle. You deserve better when it comes to your pets.

Very upset with the service

Total waste of money

Terrible Claims Process
