Had a couple of issues booking tickets, like connectivity problems. But they did refund me quickly. I expected a smoother process for such a big service.

I've used Trainline a few times now and mostly it’s been great. Tickets are easy to purchase and I got a good deal on a return trip to Edinburgh. Just had a small issue with delay alerts, but nothing major.

My experience wasn't the best. The app crashed when I tried to change my booking. Ended up having to call support, which was frustrating. Might give them another chance, but not sure.

Using Trainline was mostly good. I found a cheap ticket, but when I had a question about my trip, it took forever to get a response from customer service.
