Trainline does have its perks but also some issues. I found a decent price but the app crashed during payment. I somehow managed to book later but it was frustrating.

Okay, but some letdowns
Trainline's okay. I like the pricing but had issues with booking multiple tickets. Took a while to sort things out, will stick to single bookings for now.

Decent but needs improvement
I found some good deals, but the interface can be clunky sometimes. Plus, I had a hard time with ticket changes which was quite annoying. Still okay overall.

Mixed feelings
Had a couple of issues booking tickets, like connectivity problems. But they did refund me quickly. I expected a smoother process for such a big service.

My experience wasn't the best. The app crashed when I tried to change my booking. Ended up having to call support, which was frustrating. Might give them another chance, but not sure.
