Decent platform but lacks options
I found Toptal to be okay, just not what I expected. The talent pool is decent, but it took a while to find someone who matched my needs.

Unreliable Platform
I had issues with my project's timeline due to my freelancer's responsiveness. I expected better organization from Toptal. Plus, the fees are higher than other platforms, and the value isn’t there.
